3.1 Product Information

Once the product is delivered to the address you provided, the responsibility for the product transfers to you. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for damaged or defective products only. To be eligible for a return:

Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong product selection, or if the product has been consumed. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
